Service Delivery

This Service Delivery policy describes how Dunmore Group LLC delivers its creative services. Because we are a creative agency, our deliverables are digital files — there is no physical product or shipping. The specific scope, timeline and deliverables of each project are defined in your proposal, quote or statement of work.

1. How Work Is Delivered

Completed creative — including edited video, ad creative and content assets — is delivered electronically via secure download links, cloud storage or another digital method agreed with you. No items are shipped physically.

2. Turnaround Times

• Standard edits: typically delivered within 2–5 business days of receiving all required materials.
• Larger projects: delivered on the timeline agreed in your statement of work.

Timelines begin once we have received all footage, assets and information needed to start, and may be affected by the volume and complexity of the work or by delays in client feedback.

3. Revisions

Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated in your project terms. We will refine the creative based on your written feedback until it meets the agreed brief, within the included rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be quoted separately.

4. Client Materials and Feedback

Timely delivery depends on you providing complete materials and clear, consolidated feedback. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, incomplete briefs or late feedback.

5. File Formats and Delivery Confirmation

We deliver final files in the formats agreed for your channels (for example social-ready aspect ratios). Please confirm receipt and review your files promptly. If a download link expires before you retrieve your files, contact us and we will re-share them.

6. Acceptance

Deliverables are considered accepted once approved by you or after the review period stated in your engagement terms has passed without requested changes.
