Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for the creative services provided by Dunmore Group LLC. Because we provide professional services rather than physical products, this policy applies to service engagements. By engaging us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Engagements

Each engagement is defined by a proposal, quote or statement of work that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Any deposit or upfront fee reserves our team’s time and begins the work.

2. Cancellations

• You may request to cancel an engagement at any time by emailing contact@dunmore-group.com.
• If you cancel before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for work not yet started.
• If you cancel after work has begun, fees for work already performed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable, and any remaining balance for work not yet performed will be refunded.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.
• Deposits and non-refundable fees identified as such in your engagement terms are not refundable once work has commenced.

4. Revisions Before Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please contact us first. Our engagements include revisions (as described in our Service Delivery policy), and we will work with you in good faith to deliver creative that meets the agreed brief before a refund is considered.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve it directly. We are committed to fair, prompt resolution of any billing concern.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing can take additional time. If you still have not received it, contact us at contact@dunmore-group.com.
